Kevin Daly

Candidate for Central Committee District #1

I am running for Ventura County Republican Central Committee because there are important issues that are not being adequately addressed by our elected officials. My goal will be to recruit and promote local candidates who will address homelessness, bad roads, water crises, crime, and other issues that are important to the community.

I had the pleasure of starting higher education at Ventura College and transferred to California Lutheran University (CLU) to complete a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.   Upon graduating from CLU, I was a substitute teacher in local area school districts while attending the Southern California Institute of Law at night to earn a Juris Doctor degree. I earned a Mediation Certificate from Cal State Dominguez Hills Alternative Dispute Resolution program and served as a small claims Mediator and on the Civil mediation panel for the Superior Court.

Some other valuable roles that provide personal experience that will be instrumental in the Central Committee and in understanding the needs of the community include:

  •   Worked as a trainer with the Rio School District
  •   Served as a Mediator in Divorce and civil disputes
  •   A Real Estate Agent for the Ventura Real Estate Company
  •   Serve as the Vice President for the Mossy Foot Project, Inc., which treats underserved people of Southern Ethiopia with elephantiasis as well as  providing vocational training

SHERYL HALL

I’m a homemaker and mother of an Iraq War Veteran, married for 26 years, and blessed to have three children and two grandchildren. I have lived in Ventura County for over 26 years and love our country and the great state of California.

While working as a full-time manager and buyer in international trade, I simultaneously obtained a B.S. degree in business management from Pepperdine University. I’ve co-owned a franchise servicing hospitals with newborn photography and am growing my online corner store.

I earned a Certificate of Graduation as a real-time reporter, having fulfilled NCRA’s (National Court Reporting Association) requirements from Tri-Community Adult School after doing the bulk of my training and education in stenography at Bryan College in Los Angeles.

Having served as the Ventura County Chair of the 2022 Freedom to Choose (School Choice) initiative and having managed and maintained a Recall Gavin Newsom Tent for nine months, I’m not only a common-sense Republican but an ACTIVE and COMMITTED Republican who will work hard and feverously to win local seats in our county.

Our Path to Victory:
. Recruit Dedicated Candidates Who Share Our Values
. Support Our Candidates and Help Them Win
. Plan Outreach Events to Increase Republican Voter Registration, Volunteer  Participation, and Community Involvement.
. Work Together and Win Together
